I own a sharpening business and at times need to purchase batches of knives for commercial customers. The 10" Dexter Chef knife was one of several samples offered.
Its durable, handle and weight is comfortable for long periods of use and the edge can easily be returned to its original sharpness. Interesting enough is the fact Ace Mart is the only supplier I use that has their business etched on each knife. If I had to have any knife in my hand this is the ONE. Comfortable, light and sharp, what more could you ask for. When you have a knife in your hand all day these are good qualitys to look for in a tool.All I can say about this knife is; look at a sharpener and the knife is sharp.
