Update your kitchen with the Quarter Size Aluminum Bun Pan from Vollrath's Wear-Ever® line. The natural finish, quarter size bun pan is constructed of impact-resistant 16 gauge, 3004 aluminum and is sized to fit standard baker's racks. The concave bottom of the bun pan flattens during heating for a more even heat distribution. The rim's closed bead design includes a galvanized non-rusting rod for reinforcement. The tapered design of the sheet pan promotes easy stacking to take up less space in your kitchen. This bun pan is ideal for smaller portion sizes.

Gift Review by NKM
I use them for 1/4 sheet cakes, buns and biscuits. I have a friend in CA who expressed an interest, so I sent these two as a no day gift (just because I felt like it). I have used mine for several years and they clean easily. (Posted on 11/24/2014)

Practical and versatile for everyday use Review by dfwfoodiegeek
I was tired of flimsy cookie sheets that warp in one use. My mother-in-law has had this style of baking sheet for years and they work just as well today as when she bought them.
I've used these to bake everything from cookies to roast potatoes. No warping at all! My only issue is that you need to use parchment or non-stick liners if baking with sticky or gooey items. Otherwise, clean-up is a pain. (Posted on 4/17/2012)

Don't know what I did without it! Review by NearTheBeach
Seriously, we use these almost every day. I ordered 3 more after the first one arrived because it was the only pan my husband would use. They are sturdy, easy to clean with a scrubby or once in a while with a steel wool pad, they don't warp or twist, and they fit into smaller ovens just perfectly. Not just for baking, though they are perfect for this; we use them for roasting or warming up dishes, under a casserole to catch drips, even to carry food out to or from the grill, and -- of course -- baking. Great quality [...]. (Posted on 7/12/2011)
