Does what it's supposed to Review by Bill M
This is a pretty decent little workhorse when you need dozens of toasted breads and buns in a hurry. This is perfect for BBQ chop beef sandwiches during the lunch rush. If you give it a minute to warm up, it'll deliver consistent toasts. Finding the right setting for your tastes will take some adjustment because the darkness dial isn't exactly accurate. But once you get it right, you can just leave it there and you're good to go. If you just need the occasional toast or for customer self-service, do everyone a favor and go with a popup toaster instead...this beast is strictly for high volume, back of the house use. Not too thrilled Review by Jotece
Don't even think about putting anything over 1" in thickness or the product will jam and catch on fire. Heat elements are weak, therefore too close to breads. Extremely hard to clean should a bagel get stuck. Non serviceable since there are no bolts or screws but rivets isntead.
Speed control is completely backwards with 1 being darker and 9 being lightest???
For inside a kitchen might work, where few people operate the toaster, but for a self service outlet it is the worst. (Posted on 10/14/2008)
Nice features! Review by J.S.
This toaster will keep up, no matter how busy it get's. The cool touch exterior and speed control are nice features and it doesn't take up alot of space. (Posted on 12/7/2007)
