The VC4E convection oven allows hot air to circulate throughout the oven to cook or bake your food more evenly than a non-convection oven. Solid state temperature controls adjust from 150° to 500°F. The oven is heated by electric solid sheath elements rated at 12 kW. It is furnished with a two speed 1/2 horsepower oven blower-motor.
The VC4E single deck oven's top, sides and front are made of stainless steel, and the independently-operated, stainless steel doors have double pane windows. The interior is porcelain enamel on steel. The non-sag insulation is applied to the top, rear, sides, bottom and doors. This VC4E oven has eleven nickel plated rack position guides with positive rack stops for the five nickel plated oven racks.
