The ovens save on operating costs with an energy-efficient heat recovery system. They allow hot air to circulate throughout the oven to cook or bake your food more evenly than a non-convection oven.
This VC44G convection oven has solid state temperature controls that adjust from 150° to 500°F. The natural gas oven has two 44,000 BTU/hr. burners. The VC44G commercial oven is furnished with a two speed 1/2 horsepower oven blower-motor.
The double deck oven's top, sides, front and legs are made of stainless steel, and the independently-operated, stainless steel doors have double pane windows. The interior is porcelain enamel on steel. The non-sag insulation is applied to the top, rear, sides, bottom and doors. This VC44G oven has eleven nickel-plated rack position guides with positive rack stops for the five nickel plated oven racks. The five nickel-plated oven racks measure 28-1/4" x 20-1/2".
