This 65S commercial floor fryer is an economical and powerful 5 tube-fired propane gas fryer for busy foodservice kitchens. The millivolt thermostat maintains the selected frying temperature, anywhere between 200°F and 400°F (but for safety will automatically shut off all gas flow if fryer temperature exceeds 450°F).
Integrated gas control valve acts as a manual and pilot valve, automatic pilot valve, gas filter, pressure regulator, and automatic main valve in one! The gas control valve prevents gas flow to the main burner until the pilot is established and shuts off all gas flow automatically if the pilot flame goes out or temperature exceeds 450°F. The propane fryer's long-lasting, high temperature alloy stainless steel heat baffles are mounted in the heat exchanger tubes to provide maximum heating and combustion efficiency. The standing pilot light design provides a ready flame when heat is required.
The welded tank is pressure-blasted for a smooth surface. This "peened" finish provides for easier cleaning, no welding scorch marks, and high tolerances at pressure points. The cabinet front, door, and tank are constructed of stainless steel with aluminized steel sides and back. The tank is constructed of stainless steel and there is a front 1-1/4" NPT drain for quick draining.

New deep fryer Review by Bob the Boss
We have come to realize that the purchase of the new fryer has been very beneficial to our production and costs. The new fryer works without over working and keeps a consistent temp to make frying a breeze. We now can fry more volume in less time. I should have done this years ago. (Posted on 1/25/2015)
