Blodgett gas tilting kettles are ideal for a kitchen that needs to simultaneously prepare multiple stocks, soups, stews, pasta, and more. Gas-heated, self-contained steam source provides kettle temperatures that range from 150°F to approximately 295°F. The tilting kettles' steam-jacketed kettle provides more heat transfer surface area than a regular stock pot, for a faster heat-up and cook time.

The one-piece welded stainless steel construction and high-buff polish will not only make tilting kettles last longer, but it cleans easily for improved overall kitchen sanitation.
