By working directly with operators, they were able to design the best selection of heated holding solutions for operators. With the exclusive cool-to-touch Insulation Armour™ on the 3 Series, Metro's goal was to solve the real world problems faced by our customers. The result is an offering that is sure to satisfy the needs of any operation, anywhere in the world.

The Insulation Armour heated holding cabinet has a patented insulation technology that retains heat, saves energy, and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. This non-insulated heated holding cabinet features hot holding at higher temperatures without moisture control.

The durable polymer construction is dent-, impact-, and stain-resistant. Molded-in handholds create vertical handles for mobile applications. The heated holding cabinet features an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. All are removable without tools for easy cleaning, and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body. The cabinet provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically-controlled, forced convection system. This cabinet has solid aluminum insulated doors to help keep heat loss from happening. The fixed wire slides are welded on with 3" spacing.
