Change the cut size of the Nemco's 3/8" Easy FryKutter™ and 3/8" Easy Chopper™ with this Blade and Holder Assembly. It is a cost efficient way to change the cut size without having to purchase a new unit. The 3/8" blade/holder assembly makes it easy to replace the existing blades in the Easy FryKutter or Easy Chopper. Use the hardware from the previous blade/holder assembly. This blade/holder assembly includes:
- 3/8" Blade
- Blades assembled in stainless steel holder
