This electronic thermometer kit features Cooper-Atkins model: 32311-K EconoTemp thermometer with a plastic case and three different probe models. Model 31901 is a needle probe with a 4 inch shaft and 4 second response time in liquid, and is suitable for insertion/immersion measurements. Model 31905 is a bare tip probe for measuring air or immersion temperatures and has a 1 second response time in liquid. Model 31907 is a bell surface probe suitable for temperature measurements on any flat surface and has a 4 inch shaft. This probe kit thermometer has a long 4500 hour battery life.
