Product Details
Vollrath's Steam Table Pan Cover has a convenient hinge, allowing for easy access to food without having to remove the entire cover, reducing temperature and moisture loss. Domed shaped accommodates larger food items, such as briskets and whole chickens. Reinforced edges provide added strength to the perimeter of the cover, to stay flat longer and fit securely, reducing seepage and spills during transport. The steamtable pan has welded handles. Constructed of 300 series stainless steel.
