Advancing food safety training for many years, the ServSafe program is recognized and accepted by more federal, state and local jurisdictions than any other food safety program and has a track record of certifying over 5 million professionals.

How do I register?

    1. To register online, add the item to your shopping cart and complete the checkout process. Once you receive your order number, contact Customer Service at 888-898-8079 to reserve your desired class date and location. Ace Mart will ship your required class materials (ServSafe book and test scantron) to the shipping address provided during checkout.

    To ensure that materials arrive to the student on time, online class enrollment will close one week prior to the class date.

    2. To register in-store, visit any Ace Mart store location and an associate will help you complete the registration process. Your class materials (ServSafe book and test scantron) will be given to you at the time of purchase.

What are the class times?
  • One day class
  • 8:00am to 5:30pm (please arrive 10 minutes early for sign-in)
  • 20 minute lunch break (lunch is not provided)
  • Class size: approx. 20-30

What do I need to bring?
    1. ServSafe book and test scantron*
    2. Student's ID or Driver's License*
    3. A #2 pencil
    4. Sack lunch
    *Students without the course materials and/or an ID will not be permitted to take the class.

This class is designed for foodservice professionals, including restaurant operators, chefs, inspectors, sanitarians, public health officials, culinary students and instructors, and more.

User friendly and flexible, ServSafe training materials provide a complementary mix of components to satisfy each level of an operator's food safety needs. Successful completion of this training earns the Food Protection Management Certification recognized only in Texas. The one day ServSafe course covers:
