Server comes with two half size and three third size stainless steel pans, as well as matching clear polycarbonate lids with utensil slots . Each third size steam pan will hold over 20 four oz. servings. The half size pans will hold over 30 four oz. servings. Tray is made of durable stainless steel with cool-touch handles on the sides.
