The buffet server's four half size stainless steel pans have clear polycarbonate domed lids with utensil slots. Each half size pan will hold over 30 four oz. servings. Buffet server is made of durable stainless steel with cool-touch handles on the sides. Additional features of the buffet server include:
- Extra large 41-1/4" x 14" warming surface
- Variable heat control from 155°F to 205°F
- 4 non-skid feet
- Pans: 2-1/2" deep, NSF
