High performance convection heating system provides even heat distribution throughout the cabinet. Completely welded, 300 series stainless steel construction ensures easy sanitation and a long life. Gravity-fed design promotes constant product rotation to ensure freshness. Standard steam table size crumb pan catches broken chips and crumbs and is easily removed without tools for cleaning.
