The oversized, environmentally friendly forced-air refrigeration system holds 33°F to 41°F product temperatures, with a guided airflow system to provide uniform temperatures in food pans and cabinet interior. All stainless steel front, top and cabinet ends. Matching aluminum finished back. Patented stainless steel foam insulated lids maintain uniform pan temperature, lock in freshness, minimize condensation, and are removable for easy cleaning. An 8-7/8" deep, full length removable cutting board is included. Its sanitary, high-density, NSF approved white polyethylene provides a tough preparation surface. Also features:
