One of the most flexible, high capacity commercial dishwashers available today for high volume foodservice needs! Utilizes chemical sanitizing (or hot water sanitizing with optional booster heater, not included). This unit can also be installed for either straight-through dishwashing or as a corner installation. Timed wash cycles for 1,2, 4 or 6 minute cycles, depending on operator needs. Solid state, integrated controls with digital status indicators. All stainless steel construction. Separate revolving, interchangeable upper and lower anti-clogging wash and rinse arms. Automatic fill with door actuated start. Delime cycle, vent fan control, and service diagnostics.
16 gauge stainless steel construction on tank, tank shelf, and feet. Frame is 12 gauge stainless steel, chamber is 18 gauge, and removable trim panels are 20 gauge.
