Consistent mixing speeds are maintained regardless of the volume in the bowl due to the direct drive gear transmission system. With 5 fixed speeds and a long life gear box, this mixer can handle all of your mixing needs. Includes 10 qt. stainless steel mixer bowl as well as wire whisk, dough hook and spatula attachments.
