They are designed to disperse ingredients uniformly in order to provide maximum yields during the cooking, frying or baking process. Its efficiency reduces and/or eliminates the number of under, or over mixed batches, bowl scrape downs, and tool clean outs. The advanced Varimixer design also provides thorough blending of ingredients for all mixtures.

The W5A's frame is an extremely rugged 5-quart mixer. Its frame is of aluminum construction for strength and rigidity. The direct drive comes with Varimixer's proven 5 speed transmission. Agitator features a wide speed range from 70 rpm to 400 rpm. Mixer comes equipped with all stainless steel accessories including bowl screen, 5 qt bowl, wire whip, dough hook, flat beater, ingredient chute and a plastic bowl cover.
