A durable, heavy-duty bench mixer designed to meet the needs of the most demanding operations. Features a 15 minute electric timer for convenience, ease of use, and consistency. Three fixed speeds and Shift-on-the-Fly™ controls provide flexibility and reliability, supporting consistent results and thorough mixing. Bowl guard safety interlock prevents operation when front portion of guard is out of position, for increased employee protection. Gear-driven transmission is reliable and durable, ensuring consistent performance and minimum downtime with positive drive under heavy loads.

A single phase, capacitor-start, induction-run type 1/2 hp Hobart designed motor has permanently lubricated ball bearings, and is fan-cooled and splash-proof. Toggle switch control with No Volt release. Grease lubricated, gear-driven transmission uses constant mesh heat-treated alloy steel gears with anti-friction ball bearings. Heavy-duty stainless steel bowl guard has a wire front and solid stainless steel rear portion. Front portion rotates easily to add ingredients and change agitator. For safety, the guard must be closed before the mixer will operate. Hand cranked bowl lift is self-locking in any position. Metallic gray hybrid powder coat finish. Front-mounted Hobart standard #12 taper attachement hub for use with #12 size attachments. Unit includes one 20 qt stainless steel mixing bowl, one flat beater, one wire whip, bowl guard, cord and plug. Warranty: 1 year parts and labor.
