Features a 1/3 hp knife drive motor running at 370 rpm for optimum performance. Knife motor has permanently lubricated ball bearings,with single phase capacitor-start, induction run. Positive angle carriage design enables slicing with a manual feed. Carriage has 9-3/4" manual travel, and wil ltake food up to 7-1/4" in width or 7-3/4" in diameter. 11-3/4" diameter contoured carbon steel knife with sanitary hub. One lever sharpener operation sharpens and hones in 5 seconds. Gauge plate is a heavy anodized aluminum casting with ribbed face for smooth feeding, adjustable to cut any thickness of slice up to 5/8". 6 ft. three-wire power supply cord and plug included.
