Features a 1/2 hp knife drive motor running at 400 rpm for optimum performance. Knife motor has permanently lubricated ball bearings,with single phase capacitor-start, induction run. Positive angle carriage design enables slicing with a manual feed, and tilts back for easy midday cleaning. Carriage has 12-1/2" manual travel, and will take food up to 12" in width or 7-1/2" in diameter. 11-3/4" diameter knife is made from 304L stainless steel and a high performance super alloy.
