Its 12" blade is ideal for cutting vegetables and processed meat (slicing raw or frozen meats is not recommended). This slicer is suitable for continous use and is perfect for medium size operations such as supermarkets, delis, caterers, and sub shops.
The large receiving tray and smooth carriage action of this slicer helps make slicing large batches of meats or vegetables quick and easy. Additional features include:
