Anvil's Start Series Heavy Duty Cheese Slicer offers total quality, built to meet the safety and hygiene needs of demanding customers worldwide. Its gauge plate, 12" blade and blade cover are Teflon coated, making it ideal for cutting cheese in consistent slices with minimal waste and strain on the motor. It can also be used for cutting vegetables and meat if required (not recommended for raw or frozen meat). This slicer is suitable for continous use and is ideal for medium size operations such as supermarkets, delis, caterers, and sub shops.

The Start Series Heavy Duty Cheese Slicer is specially designed for slicing cheese. The Teflon coating on the blade and guide prevent sticking and contamination, for a longer lasting blade that keeps cutting cheese products a cinch. Additional features include:
