Features a heating filament to reach high temperatures fast that remain uniform throughout the square 9-7/8" cooking surface. The Fast Cooking System applies heat to foods both by surface contact and by infrared rays that cook all the way to center of food. Upper cooking plate remains parallel to lower cooking surface up to a height of 2-3/4", for even grilling of thick sandwiches and other foods. Designed with safety in mind, the exterior is only 95°F when the cooking surface is 700°F. Cool-touch handles provide added employee safety. Additional features include:
