Plus, the high-tech grill surface heats up fast and is easy to clean.

Features a special patented heating filament to reach high temperatures fast that remain uniform throughout both of the 9-7/8" x 9-7/8" cooking surfaces. The Fast Cooking System applies heat to foods both by surface contact and by infrared rays that cook all the way to center of food. Each upper cooking plate remains parallel to its lower cooking surface up to a height of 2-3/4", for even grilling of thick sandwiches and other foods. Designed with safety in mind, the exterior is only 95°F when the cooking surface is 700°F. Cool-touch handles provide added employee safety. Additional features include:
