Toast perfect Cuban sandwiches as well as English or Italian sandwiches! Anvil's sandwich press is designed to grill sandwiches uniformly on both sides. It is designed to operate consistently between 15 and 24 hours a day - the more you throw at them, the harder they work! In addition, by leaving the top plate up, this unit can also be used as a griddle to cook and grill burgers, hot dogs, steak, bacon, and a variety of other foods. Perfect for delis, bars, cafes and many other food service operators.

Heating is thermostatically controlled up to 570°F with a light to indicate when the plates are on. The unique plate design allows each removable element to be encapsulated, ensuring maximum heat transfer and even heat distribution for improved performance. Features:
