Anvil's stainless steel cheesemelter is ideal for gratinating, melting cheese on soups, ethnic dishes and sandwiches, browning foods, and more. They are also useful for defrosting ready made dishes, reheating pizzas, croissants, sausage rolls, and pastries. In addition, the cheesemelter can be used as a plate warmer, or by removing the rear cover, it can be used as a pass through - a perfect addition to any pub, coffee shop, or cafe, and a must for every restaurant.
Strong stainless steel construction makes this unit robust and easy to clean. Two or three position grid system comes standard with one grid and one crumb tray. It also features:
