Anvil's Natural Gas Hot Plates provide the cooking power you need where you need it. Whether installed in a full service restaurant as a backup to your range or in a kiosk as the main piece of cooking equipment, this unit will perform and perform well.
Strong stainless and aluminized construction. The heavy duty cast iron grates come with "center slope" holes. Its full width stainless steel drip pan keeps messes to a minimum. The enclosed back is designed to direct heat to the stove top and not out of the back.
