Wolf's Achiever griddles offer whopping 30,000 BTU/hr burners for quick preheating and recovery. An aluminized steel chassis keeps them cranking year after year. And they're robotically-welded to take whatever punishment you dish out!
Features: stainless steel front, sides and 4" front top ledge. Fully welded stainless and aluminized steel body frame for lasting strength and durability. 11" low profile cooking surface height on 4" adjustable legs. 1" thick polished steel griddle plate robotically welded to stainless steel back and tapered side splashers. Each "U"-shaped aluminized steel burner delivers 30,000 BTU/hr for quick preheating and recovery (one burner and infinite heat control per 12" of griddle width). Manually operated infinite heat controls. 3-1/2" wide front grease trough drains into a large capacity 6-7/8" wide x 30" deep x 2-1/2" high stainless steel grease drawer. 3/4" rear gas connection and gas pressure regulator. One year limited parts and labor warranty. (NOTE: 48" griddle pictured; 60" griddle has 5 controls)
