Its energy switch can reduce power consumption by as much as 75%. It comes with independent controls for top and bottom heat, also with forced-air cooling to keep exterior cool. It is constructed from durable and easy-to-clean stainless steel. The conveyor system rides on longer lasting stainless steel ball bearings.
