The time proven Peerless multideck ovens have served the foodservice industry as a world-wide standard for economy and value since 1919, and its design is periodically updated to bring you the best piece of baking equipment for your investment dollar. The efficient design of the four pan multideck oven is perfect for tight space requirements. It requires only 50-1/2" of wall space, freeing up valuable floor or hood space. It will hold eight 18" x 26" bun pans. Constructed on a 14 gauge, hot-rolled base with price 20 gauge, cold-rolled top and sides. Shelves are made of 16 gauge aluminized steel. Six tubular burners provide 90,000 BTUs for great performance and fast recovery.
