This HhC 2620™ conveyor oven from TurboChef offers a full size conveyor throughput in a space-saving 26 inch design, with up to 50% faster cooking than conventional conveyor ovens. Cooking over 115 12 inch pizzas in an hour through a single cavity, the HhC 2620 conveyor oven has eight programmable cooking profiles for whatever food you would like to cook. The easy-to-use control system precisely controls temperature, belt speed, and independent top and bottom airflow. It uses high heat transfer rates for accelerated cooking in a small enough footprint to fit virtually any application, without requiring the energy consumption of larger ovens.
