Features temperature controls for baking, cooking, defrosting, reheating or warming, with heat settings from 175°F to 500°F (indirect heat). A rear fan circulates heated air for even baking - no sheet pan rotation is necessary.

All stainless construction and removable double thermal glass door make this oven easy to clean. Insulated double wall construction. Cool-touch safety door eliminates accidental burns. The oven timer can be set up to 120 minutes or left on a continous "on" state. Bell timer rings at completion of timed cooking cycle. Three shelves included.
