This versatile countertop convection oven can be used as the primary oven in kiosk and smaller throughput applications, or as a dedicated product oven in higher throughput installations. The Turbofan E31's compact size and limited electrical requirements make it ideal as a remote cooking piece, and in many cases it can be installed without a hood (check local code). A truly versatile oven which will bake, roast, hold, and broil.
Sturdy, fully insulated commercial construction features easy-to-clean stainless steel top and sides with porcelain oven interior and control panel, with toughened twin pane glass doors. 60 minute bake timer, 3 hour roast timer, audible buzzer, and oven light standard. 4 half-size sheet pan capacity (wire racks included). On/off switch with mechanical thermostat, variable between 150°F to 525°F. Cook and hold system, factory preset at 158°F (range 140°F to 194°F). Water injected steam (momentary switch). Low velocity fan system. Includes broiling element for cheese melting/toasting. Fully removable racks and fan baffle. Access to all controls from front panel. Easily removable lamps and gaskets - no tools required. Water connection: 3/8" I.D. male hose connection, 80 psi max inlet pressure, 20 psi min inlet pressure.
