The unique "Switch Air" fan automatically reverses airflow periodically within the cooking chamber to ensure even cooking without hot spots. The end result is perfectly cooked product every time! All of this in a durable, long lasting oven that will stand up to the toughest kitchen abuse.
The advanced Airflow Design improves the flow of air in the cooking chamber to create even baking every time. Wide range of heat settings from 175°F to 500°F. Its digital control panels are perfect for handling repetitive menus and reducing employee training. To increase the range of applications, it also comes equipped with humidity control. Additional features include:
