Heavy-duty design made for the rigors of constant commercial use. Features stainless steel oven front, sides, and top. Doors are constructed of stainless steel with windows to view the product, and operate simultaneously when one is opened. Doors open outward to 15". Two interior oven lights per section are standard. Each oven interior measures 29"w. x 22-1/8"d. x 20"h. and is constructed of porcelain enamel-on-steel to help make cleaning easy. Non-sag insulation applied to the top, rear, sides, bottom, and doors. Painted steel legs measure 8" high. A 1/2 hp two speed oven blower motor per section ensures versatility when baking. Solid state temperature controls adjust from 150°F to 500°F. Features one 60 minute timer per section with audible alarm as well as an oven cool switch for each section for rapid cool down. Includes five nickel plated oven racks, measuring 28-1/4" x 20-1/2" each, with eleven possible rack positions per section. Rated power input is 12.5 kW per section.
