Designed to provide a fast, even bake, Moffat's specially designed baffle system and reversing fan system evenly distributes hot air around the oven, eliminating the need to turn trays. The Turbofan E27 is able to provide exceptional results with a wide range of fresh, par-baked and pre-proved frozen doughs including French sticks, baguettes and dinner rolls. The oven is also ideal for baking Croissants, Danish pastries, flat breads, frozen pizzas, chicken, cookies and other cake and confectionery products.
Sturdy, fully insulated commercial construction features easy-to-clean stainless steel top and sides with enamel oven interior and control panel. Holds standard full-size sheet pans (18" x 26"). Up to 3 pan capacity with 2.36" spacing or 2 pan capacity with 4.72" spacing (2 removable wire racks included). Toughened twin pane glass drop-down door with strong and stylish door handle for use in any rugged commercial environment. 60 minute bake timer, audible buzzer, and internal oven light standard. Bi-directional reversing fan system with removable stainless steel fan baffle. Fully enclosed motor. On/off switch. Mechanical thermostat variable between 120°F to 480°F. Access to all controls from front panel and removable door seals for easy maintenance.
