By combining hot air convection with variable humidity at precision temperatures, the Line Chef Combi Oven offers the menu flexibility in a single unit that you won't get in separate convection ovens or steamers. Steam vegetables quickly! Roast faster and with less shrinkage! Bake quickly and evenly! Rethermalize leftovers! You can do it all with a Cadco Combi Oven!
The compact design of this unit maximizes available space. Its cooking chamber may have up to four 2-1/2" deep full size steam pans, or four full size 18" x 26" sheet pans. Digital controls provide easy operation and reduce possible mistakes. The cross corner air flow system comes with a high speed, automatic oscillating reversible fan for even cavity heating. Patented Venturi drying system controls humidity by pulling cool air in and pushing damp air out. Additional features include:
- Programmable controls with memory for 70 programs
- Heat settings from 175°F to 500°F
