Cres-Cor's Hot Insulated Holding Cabinet is built to perform and last in the most demanding kitchen environments. The fully insulated holding cabinet keeps prepared foods at serving temperatures until the moment they are needed. Its powerful, yet efficient, 1500 Watt heating system maintains the right temperature to properly hold products and heats up to 200°F. Twelve sets of chrome plated wire universal angles accommodate a large variety of pan sizes on adjustable 1-1/2" centers. Additional features include:

• Self-contained power top allows interior of cabinet to be hosed-out during cleaning
• Body constructed of non-corrosive, high-tensile aluminum for strength and ease of mobility
• Field reversible, insulated Dutch doors prevent temperature loss
