True Manufacturing's Salad/Sandwich Unit is designed with enduring quality that protects your long term investment. Holds full size to one-ninth size pans giving a flexible pan capacity. Environmentally friendly (134A), forced-air refrigeration system holds 33°F to 41°F (.5°C to 5°C) with airflow directed at pans for colder temperatures. Guided airflow provides uniform temperature in a 360° circle throughout cabinet for stay-fresh meats, cheeses, and colder, crisper salads. Stainless steel, foam-insulated cover keeps pans colder to lock in freshness, minimizing condensation. The prep unit's extra wide 11-3/4", removable polyethylene cutting board provides a tough workspace. The attractive interior is made of white vinyl coated aluminum with coved corners and a stainless steel floor. Includes adjustable vinyl-coated wire shelves. Its foamed-in-place polyurethane, high-density cell insulation is CFC free. Some other features include:
