This sandwich unit from Delfield provides an integrated design solution to your salad, sandwich, and other meal preparation needs. Food is kept at safe and consistent temperature in this refrigerated sandwich unit. This prep table has an air screen that ensures your products stay cold without drying them out. Because this sandwich unit is 100% front breathing, it can be pushed against a wall, built into a cabinet, or an existing line up. This stainless steel appliance features an ABS interior that won't dent, chip, or corrode, and is backed by a limited lifetime warranty. Dual level pan brackets allow the pans to be lowered an additional inch without tools to provide additional pan temperature holding performance.

This salad prep table includes a 10" wide, dishwasher safe, polyethylene plastic cutting board treated with an antimicrobial agent. The refrigeration unit accommodates 6 sixth size pans that are 4" or 6" deep and includes 5" casters for easy cleaning and installation. A 6' cord, plug, and standard wire shelf are also supplied with this sandwich prep table. Temperature in the top opening maintains a 33°F to 41°F range, meeting NSF requirements. The condenser coil and hot gas condensate evaporator are mounted on the rear of this pizza unit, along with an ACT electronic solid state control. The ACT control allows this salad unit to maintain a precise temperature during peak periods. The pizza prep table maintains an interior cabinet temperature of 36°F to 40°F and uses R-404A refrigerant.
