The SuperPerf perforated pizza disk can produce a more evenly baked crust by allowing air to circulate beneath the crust. Constructed of standard weight 18 gauge aluminum. Holes 3/8" diameter. NOTE: The edge of the disk and the edges of the holes are unfinished and may be sharp.
