Matfer's Bouillon Strainer is made of sturdy Exoglass® composite material, which is heat resistant up to 430°F. The plain insulated handle ergonomic and body are made of one solid piece, eliminating crevices and stress points. Two hooks provide stability over pots, food containers, and more. The stainless steel mesh and protective crosswires are hygienic and easy to clean. Dishwasher safe.
