Vollrath's 11 qt. Inset Pan is ideal for keeping salad dressing chilled at a food table or keeping soup warm at a steam table. Its stainless steel construction makes the pan sturdy and durable. This satin-finished inset pan can nest for compact storage. Due to its versatility this inset pan can be used for storing salad toppings and even crackers at a salad bar buffet. The pan rests securely in an 10-1/2" diameter opening with a depth of 6" under the shoulder.
