The CaterSeal® food pan gasket from FMP is a must-have for every food pan in your kitchen. This steamtable pan gasket works with virtually any standard full size food pan and lid, including those that are bent, banged-up, or plastic. Storing food will never be the same again! The silicone rubber gasket helps secure pan lids and provides a tighter bond with plastic wrap, reducing the risk of air-borne contamination. It is easy to apply, meets FDA specifications for food contact, and folds in half for easy storage.

This steam pan gasket is perfect for full size food pans used in steamtable lines, ovens, warmers up to 450°F, coolers, and freezers. When used on steam tables, the full size gasket creates a smooth, tight seal between the steam table and the food pan to keep the heat in and steam down on the food line, contributing to energy efficiency. The gray rubber gasket protects and rejuvenates the food pans and helps eliminate pan noise.
