Vollrath's Super Pan 3® system changes everything. For starters, the patented angled ramp lets you simply pull-up, creating enough room to lift the pan out of the well. No more tongs or spoons that cause marred edges. The stainless steel pans can nest together. Each has a beautiful frame that enhances the presentation of whatever is served. And of course, you'll find reinforced corners and anti-jamming for each stacking. All pans meet gastronorm (EN 631-1) standards for worldwide use.

This Third Size Steam Table Pan is great for buffet food tables. The pan has flattened pan edges to prevent bending and provides a wider grasp when removing the pan from the hot steam table. The coved corners stop the spilling and mess when pouring. The hotel pan is constructed of sturdy 22 gauge (.8 mm) 300 series stainless steel construction. The patented angled ramp allows you to pull-and-lift the pan with ease. The built-in anti-jam stacking lugs allow for seperating and drying pans without any hassle. The reinforced spouted-shape corners add strength where your pan gets the most abuse in the kitchen. The steam table pan's integral frame enhances food presentation.
