Vollrath's Super Pan 3® system changes everything. For starters, the patented angled ramp lets you simply pull up, creating enough room to lift the pan out of the well. No more marred or bent edges from prying pans out with tongs or spoons. Each pan is designed to "frame" and thereby enhance the presentation of whatever is served. And of course, you'll still find reinforced corners and anti-jamming lugs for easy stacking.

6" deep sixth size Super Pan 3™ standard 22 Gauge type 304 stainless steel pan. A unique patent-pending ramp makes removing pans from hot steam tables safe and easy. Pan edges are flattened for tighter seal with steam well - increased strength, less bending. Reinforced corners for stronger pan, spout-shaped for easy pouring. Coved corners help in serving and clean-up - easily accessible with spoons and other serving utensils. Built-in anti-jam stacking lugs keep pans separated to allow air to flow.
