Vollrath's Super Pan 3® system changes everything. For starters, the angled ramp lets you simply pull up on the pan, creating enough room to lift it out of the well. No more marred or bent edges from prying pans out with tongs or spoons. Each pan is designed to "frame" and thereby enhance the presentation of whatever is served. Coved corners help in serving and clean-up, making the product easily accessible with spoons and other serving utensils. Built-in anti-jam stacking lugs keep pans separated to allow air to flow.
From Vollrath's Super Pan 3 line, this 4" deep, Third Size 18-8 Stainless Steel Pan is ideal for steaming foods or draining away fats, juices, or moisture. Its perforated bottom has 1/4" holes on the sides and bottom that drain quickly, but are sized to retain most foods. Pan edges are flattened for tighter seal with steam well � making the steam table more energy efficient. Reinforced corners for stronger pan, spout-shaped for easy pouring. Made in USA.
