Vollrath's standard Third Size Hotel Pan is designed to fit steam tables for buffet lines or back of house serving areas. The anti-jamming design is a real labor saver. The stacking lugs prevent the steam table pans from sticking together when stored, eliminating the need to pry the pans apart before use. And the air space between them eliminates vacuum seal for fast drying. Flat edges and corners keep the steam table pans tight in the well, sealing in heat and cold to keep temperatures even. You also get a more comfortable grip and reduce the risk of spilled food from dropped pans. The coved interior corners are shaped to the spoon, making scooping easier while maximizing serving yield. Coved corners also allow for quick clean-up. Capacity is stamped on the bottom of every steam table pan as an easy reference for accurate yield and portion control. The pans are constructed of sturdy 22 gauge (.8 mm) 300 series stainless steel construction.
